At True Classic, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. If the size isn't right or you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right with a seamless process.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason to help us improve your experience.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange.
